Our products are prepared to order, then shipped with a tracking number sent by e-mail as soon as the parcel leaves.

Estimated times, in working days:

• France: about 8 days standard, 4 days express
• Belgium and the Netherlands: about 7 days standard, 4 days express
• Other European countries, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 7 to 14 days depending on the destination
• United States: about 14 days

Available delivery options and their costs are shown for your address before payment.

Damaged or lost parcel

Write to us at contact@eclose.lystes.ai within 48 hours of delivery, with photos of the parcel and products. We will sort it out with the carrier.

Customs duties outside the European Union

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties or import taxes may be added to the price. They are paid by the customer, who can check with their local customs office before ordering.
